1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using the website monverantix.com (hereinafter, the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, we ask that you refrain from using the Site. Monverantix S.A. de C.V. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and it is the user's responsibility to review them periodically.

Monverantix provides through this Site general information about financial consulting services, personal finance education, and guidance on social support programs available in Mexico. The published information is informational and orientational in nature and does not constitute personalized financial, tax, or legal advice. Personalized consultations are conducted through established contact channels and are subject to the availability of our consultants.

The user agrees to use the Site exclusively for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. For the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of present or future domicile.

Monverantix reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Modifications will take effect from their publication on the Site.
